The First Amendment to the Constitution of Gandoor (Amendment I) amended the Constitution of Gandoor to declare a state of neutrality in all foreign wars while reserving the right to maintain its armed forces for the purposes of self-defence in the event of an attack on Gandoorese territory or citizens.

The amendment occurred due to the unpopular participation of Gandoor in World War I, which was considered by most Gandoorese as being 'a European affair' that didn't concern their own nation.

The amendment passed by a vote of 807 to 193 on 13 April 1925 and was signed by Prime Minister Robert S. Stevenson on 15 April 1925, becoming an official part of the Constitution on that same date.
